Bears: Bears make their homes in the forests and mountains of Hyrule. They are weak to fire. Can be tamed for riding, also have two attack moves.

Bombchu: Small rat like creatures who feed on bomb flowers.

These creatures explode when killed, causing 1 heart damage

to the person who dispatched them. These creatures are

weak to fire.

Special Abilities: bomb toss (5 square radius) does one heart automatic damage.

Bulbo: Large boars, typically ridden by Bulblins.

Able to be tamed for riding.

Special Abilities: Trample enemies for +3 damage.

Dodongo: large dinosaur like beasts that can breathe fire.

Able to be tamed for riding. Small ones are weak to ice.

Special Abilities: Fire breath, does normal damage plus fire effects.

Furnix: A flying beast that attacks by spitting fireballs. Must

be brought out of the air to fight if using melee.

Guay and Takkuri: Crow like birds that swoop down

on their targets. Guays tend to fly in flocks, while Takkuris

are solitary. Watch out, they may steal rupees (wisdom roll).

Gyorg: A large stone headed shark, attacks anything in

the water. Weak to lightning attacks. There is also a

desert variety that swims in the sand, weak to ice.

Helmasaur: a stone headed dinosaur like creature.

ranged weapons.

Keese: Small bats that flutter about if you get to close.

They have many varieties that can do elemental damage

(fire keese, ice keese, thunder keese) as well as a cursed

version. When a cursed keese attacks and rolls an even

number, the enemy loses their attack move on the next

turn.  Fire and ice keese are weak to their opposite elements.

Pengator: a sharp tooth scaled penguin looking creature.

It lives in snowy regions of hyrule and attacks by sliding

across the snow to bite at its prey. Typically will attack in a

group. They are weak to fire.

Rats: small rodents that make their homes in sewers and dungeons. They often attack in large groups.

Remlits: Small cat like creatures that can fly. During

the day they are quite peaceful, but at night they become

very aggressive.

Great Rhinoceros: great beasts covered in blue-grey fur that live in the snowy regions of Hyrule. They have thick hides and a large horn they use to gouge anyone who attacks them. They are weak to fire. These creatures are peaceful unless provoked.

Rope Snakes: a kind of poisonous snake that appears docile,

until their territory is threatened.

Spinuts: small creatures that look like nuts with a large

horn in the middle of their forehead.

Toadpolis and Spumes: Toadpolis (two legged) and

Spumes (four legged)are frog like enemies that use

spit projectiles to attack their enemies at a 10 square

range. Toadpolis and spumes come in a water based

and lava-based variety, and spumes also have an

electricity-based variety that live in the desert.

Lava toadpolis and spumes are weak to ice attacks.

Wolfos: anthropomorphic wolf like creatures. Can come

in an ice variety that does elemental attacks. All wolfos

are weak to fire, and regular wolfos are also weak to electricity.
